1. How does Maximicer help me?

Maximicer technology boosts the performance of your existing ice machines and cold-plate drink dispensers. Maximicer products recycle cooling energy from discharged ice water to maximize ice availability, maximize dispenser draw performance, and minimize operational costs.

2. How does Maximicer work?

Maximicer technology is a unique heat exchanger that pre-cools the incoming water to a beverage dispenser’s cold-plate, or ice machine by utilizing the melted cold-plate ice water, or purged ice water from the ice machine. Reducing the incoming water temperature directly lowers the cooling load of the cold-plate or icemaker’s refrigeration system.

Stainless steel tubing is enclosed within the insulated Maximicer body. The patented two-stage counter-flow design effectively transfers the “cold” from the discharged ice water to the fresh inlet water. (The two water sources never mix.)

5. How does the Maximicer beverage dispenser model work?

Maximicer BEV models are designed to minimize ice consumption, maximize drink temperature and retained carbonation, maximize ice availability in the bin, and maximize the dispenser draw performance of cold-plate drink dispensers.

By utilizing our novel counter-flow exchange technology, the BEV models recycle the cooling energy from melted ice water discarded by the cold-plate to pre-cool the inlet water for new drinks.
